Terms of Service

By accessing or using TaskManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

TaskManager is a task management platform designed for teams of up to 30 members. The Service allows users to create, assign, track, and collaborate on tasks and projects.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Harvest or collect personally identifiable information from other users.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant TaskManager a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google OAuth for sign-in and Google Calendar for scheduling). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. TaskManager is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by TaskManager and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TASKLEAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKLEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskManager operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
